SafAAA Pest Control (pronounced “Safer”) was established in 2015 with a simple goal: to provide Brisbane families and businesses with effective pest control solutions while prioritising safety, reliability and outstanding customer service.

Owner Darryn founded the business after recognising a gap in the pest control industry. Many families expressed concerns about the impact traditional pest control treatments could have on children, pets and the environment. Motivated to provide a safer alternative, Darryn completed the required training, obtained all necessary licences and insurance, and launched SafAAA Pest Control.

Since then, SafAAA Pest Control has grown into a trusted local business servicing residential homes, commercial properties, hospitality venues, schools, childcare centres and storage facilities throughout South East Queensland. Our commitment to safety has earned us a Triple A safety rating, which inspired the “AAA” in our name, along with CM3 Health and Safety certification.

Our Process:

With SafAAA Pest Control, your service will always begin with a thorough inspection to determine the best approach for your property. During the inspection we ask you to voice any concerns you have so that we know what to look out for. After we’ve completed an inspection, we will provide you with a free quote, or, if your property is clear, suggest some preventative methods so you can continue to keep your space pest-free. Once we get the go ahead, we will begin the service. Before we arrive, we like to ask our clients to clean up the space to make sure nothing accidentally gets sprayed. Most of our customers like to make sure they aren’t home when we are spraying, however if you are home, we usually ask you to step outside with your pets and children. For commercial spaces, we usually perform our service outside of business hours for convenience. After we perform a service, we will always do a follow up and get your feedback so that we can continue to improve.

How often do I need pest control?

Most residential properties will require a pest control service every 6-12 months. A service lasts for about 12 months, so you will start to see bugs, spiders and roaches moving back in when you are due for another service; a six-month service is preventative and will prevent the pests from returning at all if maintained.

For commercial properties, this will depend on a number of different factors – we have some commercial clients who get monthly and even fortnightly sprays to ensure that they never have any issues with pests.

Will pest control harm my pets or children?

Definitely not. At SafAAA Pest Control, we focus on safety and perform our services in a way that minimises exposure to residents. We also prefer to recommend preventative measures and only spray if we really must.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty (T&C’s apply) on all residential pest control jobs.
